Yes, like any recipe made with Buffalo Seasoning, it carries a little heat to it. Depending on the amount of buffalo seasoning will also depend on the heat factor. You can tame the heat by using less buffalo seasoning.
Are Chaffles Good For Meal Prep?
Chaffles are always best when served freshly made. However, you can store them for weekly meal preps. Allow the Chaffles to cool and then transfer to an airtight container or bag. Store in the fridge for up to three days or freeze for later in the week and use parchment paper so they don’t stick together.

Ingredients
¼ cup almond flour
1 teaspoon low-carb baking powder
2 large eggs
½ cup chicken, shredded
¾ cup sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
¼ cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
¼ cup Agent Orange Buffalo Sauce (See Recipe Below)
¼ cup feta cheese, crumbled
¼ cup celery, diced
1 clove of garlic, minced or pureed
1 tsp. vinegar
2 tbls. water
2 tbls. butter sliced
Agent Orange Buffalo Sauce Recipe
Mix the 2 tbls. water, vinegar, 1 tbls. of Agent Orange Buffalo Seasoning, and garlic in a small pan or pot.
Heat ingredients over medium heat, cook about 2 - 3 minutes, adding more water if the mixture turns into a paste like consistency, and then turn off the heat.
Whisk in 1 piece of butter at a time until a smooth and thickened sauce forms.
Set aside to add into the Chaffles.
Chaffles Instructions
In a small mixing bowl, whisk the baking powder into the almond flour and set aside.
Preheat waffle maker to medium/high heat and spray generously with low carb non-stick spray.
In a large bowl, add eggs and beat until frothy. Add in Agent Orange Buffalo Sauce and beat until well combined.
Add flour mixture to eggs and mix until just combined
Add in shredded cheeses and mix until well combined.
Fold in shredded chicken.
Add chaffle batter to the preheated waffle maker and cook until browning on the outside. About 4 minutes.
Remove from waffle maker and repeat Step 7 until all batter is used up.
Plate chaffles and top with feta, celery, and serve.
